Please understand, we do not set the requirements, we simply follow through with the administrative task of requesting, reviewing, recording and retaining of insurance documentation on behalf of our clients.
Our goal is to clearly state the coverage our client is requesting. Please review the request and sample certificate (multiple pages) carefully. It is important to meet ALL the requirements on the list, or the certificate will be rejected, and further requests will be sent. RMC clients have 24/7 access to their online portal which allows them to know the real-time compliance of your client. It is possible that RMC clients (certificate holder) may restrict your insured from the work site or may withhold payment until an acceptable certificate is received. Your prompt response to RMC requests for insurance documentation is greatly appreciated. We know your time is valuable. Your assistance in meeting the requirements the first time is critical. Please keep in mind, each renewal certificate will need to be in compliance as well.
