2. TrainingThe goal of our training and support team is to ensure that our clients are familiar with their online portal and to maximize vendor compliance. Our team will show our clients how to interpret their compliance dashboard, view communication logs, retrieve certificates of insurance & other documentation, and access compliance reports. |
