Our implementation team immediately works with our client to complete their master vendor list and verify for accuracy, finalize insurance requirements and documents for RMC to track, collect and evaluate current COIs and other documentation, effectively communicate the RMC service process with our client's vendors and their agents, and initiate the tracking process. |
2. Training
The goal of our training and support team is to ensure that our clients are familiar with their online portal and to maximize vendor compliance. Our team will show our clients how to interpret their compliance dashboard, view communication logs, retrieve certificates of insurance & other documentation, and access compliance reports. |
